Hmmmm what am I?? That’s a hard one that i am still trying to work out myself! In the scope of this site however I am an Aussie triathlete living in Colorado and training for my second Iroman and determined to do it right this time! I fund my iron venture by working in the medical research field of neuroscience, proteomics, genetics…whatever is interesting this week ).

Going against traditional long, slow distance training, I am focusing on CrossFit methodology and gearing my eating to Paleo/Zone philosophy. Don’t worry, there will still be long swims, rides and runs and some carbs in there but I am interested to see how this experiment goes…..

Anyway, join me in my goal of getting across the Ironman finish line in Arizona in November….Its gonna be a blast!!!!
